Earlier this week, my grandmother (MeMaw as we call her) had a stroke. She was taken immediately to the hospital thanks to a friend who was on the phone with her when it happened. She is unable to speak or write, but she is moving around and can understand and recognize people. However last night, she had another stroke. Right now the doctors can't do much except give her medicine to thin her blood in order to try to get the clot to dissolve. Hopefully this medicine will work and she can make somewhat of a recovery. My mom and dad left just a few hours ago to go to Lubbock to be with her and see what they can do. Please pray for her swift recovery and for the doctors who are doing such a great job caring for her. Thanks!
